Recently built Residence with 3 apartments on the ground floor.Terrace with splendid view and private parking space. In Capoliveri there are supermarkets, bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerias, restaurants, papershops, tobacconists, pubs, banks, post offices, farmacies, first-aid stations etc.

Weekly Prices per apartment
Check-in/check-out: Saturday from 16.00/20.00 to Saturday 9.00 a.m.
DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00   
Services Forfait: mandatory from 12 years and payable on site: Euro 20,00 per person per week. This covers all utilities and any assistance services.
Final Cleaning: Single room apartments: Euro 45, double room apartments: Euro 50, triple room apartments: Euro 55 (payment on site).
Cleaning of kitchen is left to the client but otherwise an additional Euro 30,00 will be charged.
Pets Euro 40 per week.
Linen bed and kitchen linen and towels (bring your own), or you can hire on site with mandatory weekly change with the following charges: Euro 15,00 per person per change of bed linen, Euro 7,00 per person per change of towels, on request at booking (kitchen linen not available).
Baby Cot: Euro 35 per week (payable on site).
