The farm house is located in the countryside behind the large sandy beach of Lacona (7 km from Portoferraio and 9 km from Marina di Campo and Porto Azzurro) on the central part and southern side of the island.

The beach of Lacona is the only one the tuscan arcipelago with sand dunes and typical sand dune vegetation. Possibility to purchase directly on the farm fruits, vegetables, wine and oil.

The four apartments, all with their own parking place, are situated at about 900 m. from the beach, which is reachable by car or by a ten minutes walk on a secondary road.

Apartment "A": situated in a recently renovated farm building on the first floor.Disposes of a living room with kitchenette, TV and a bed couch, room with double bed (possibility to add a third bed), bathroom with shower. Large furnished terrace with splendid view over the beautiful Lacona Gulf and the island of Montecristo.

Apartment "B":: situated beside the apartment "A", with living room and kitchenette, TV, a bed chair, room with double bed (possibility to add a third bed), bathroom with shower. Small terrace with view over the surrounding countryside.

Apartment "C": independant, apartament with furnished terrace. Disposes of living room with TV, kitchenette and two 1 place bed couches, room with double bed (possibility to add a third bed), bathroom with shower.

Apartment "D": 2-room apartment with 3 beds: living room with kitchenette, TV and bed chair, room with double bed, bathroom with shower. Furnished veranda and possibility to use a grill place.
