In the local part „Bonalaccia“, which is situated in the western part of a hill which is full of almond trees, is located the recently restored house „La Leccia“. The sandy beach of Marina di Campo is distant 1 km and is easily to reach by car, with the bicycle or on foot. On disposal to the guests there are a library with books about Elba island. The house is equipped with SAT-TV, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. The large living room is divided in sleeping area, with 1 double bed and 2 extendable single beds as well as a bed sofa. In the living area a sofa, lunch area and kitchen as well as bath room with shower.

2 bicycles are at the disposal, o the guests, in order to reach fast and simply the city centre and the beach.
