Procchio – private citizen rents a flat placed on the first level of a house with spacious and enclosed garden. The entrance to the flat is independent. The owner lives on the ground flat.
The house is situated in a five houses group with enclosed gardens, distant from the Procchio village approx. 300 metres.
The garden is practicable and provided with table, chairs and barbecue. In the garden there is place for car.
The access to the very large beach is secured by a path, you can go through by foot in five minutes.
The flat is so composed: an habitable and equipped kitchen with washing machine and televison; a large bathroom with shower; a double bed room; a very large room divided in two parts: on one side two beds and a bed sofa; on the other side a table with chairs and a sideboard.
