The house is part of the small condo “La Pergola”, equipped with a common garden area and a swimming pool, and is located in Magazzini, a few kilometres far from Portoferraio, nearby the beaches Ottone, Ottonella, Magazzini and Schiopparello.
The garden set of chairs, table and deckchairs, the TV, the washing-machine, the refrigerator and the barbecue are available. Household linen will be provided upon request.
