La spiaggia e la ex tonnara di Enfola.
Le Tonnare erano localizzate in vari punti della costa elbana: Linguella, Bagnaia, Enfola, Marciana Marina. L'isola produceva ed esportava una grande quantità di tonno salato, sorra e bottarga.
Le interiora del tonno erano invece consumate in loco e costituivano la base della buzzamaglia (stufato con piselli).
Il 24 giugno del 1958 si fece all'Enfola l'ultima mattanza il pescato fu di 22 tonnellate. Il 25 giugno una fortissima corrente "ammontinava" la tonnara, facendo una grossa palla di reti e di cavi. Ciò determinò la fine della pesca del tonno all'Elba.

Oggi in questo edificio si trova la sede del Parco Nazionale dell'Arcipelago Toscano.

Thunfischfabriken gab es an verschiedenen Punkten der elbanischen Küste: Linguella, Bagnaia, Enfola und Marciana Marina. Auf der Insel wurden in grossen Mengen gesalzener Thunfisch sowie Sorra und Bottarga produziert.
Die Innereien hingegen wurden vor Ort konsumiert und bildeten die Basis für das Gericht "Buzzamaglia" (ein Eintopf mit Erbsen).
Am 24. Juni 1958 fand bei Enfola die letzte "Mattanza" (eine lokale Art des Thunfischfanges und Schlachtens) statt. Es wurden 22 Tonnen Fisch gefangen.
Am 25. Juni wurde Fabrik von einer sehr starken Strömung überschwemmt, welche alle Netze und Taue zu einem giganitschen Knäuel verflocht. Dies war das Ende des Thunfischfanges auf der Insel Elba.

Heute befindet sich in diesem Gebäude der Sitz des Nazionalparks Toskanscher Archipel.

The tuna fish factories once where to find at different points of the elbanian coast: Linguella, Bagnaia, Enfola and Marciana Marina.

The interious however was consumed locally and formed the base for the plate " Buzzamaglia " (pot with peas). On 24 June 1958 the last " Mattanza "  (a local type of the fishing tune and slaughtering) took place at Enfola. 22 tons fish became fished. On 25 June the factory was inundated by a very strong current, which interlaced all networks and ropes to a gigantically ball.
This was the end of the fishing tune on the island Elba.

Today this building is the headquarters of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.
