Country seat from Napoleon who owes its current aspect to the
prince Demidoff a distant related of the emperor, who bought
the simple possession in the year 1851 and extended the building
to a neo classic which became the
"picture gallery the Demidoff". On the inside is conserved
the statue of the "Galatea" of Canova, for which
the sister of Napoleon, Paolina, made the model. The fresco painting
inside the mansion was made by the painter Ravelli.
