"La Vecchia Officina" Museum
In the old machine hall this small museum has been set up, in which the history, life and traditions of the miners of Mount Calamita is told. The documents and old maps that show changes in these mining landscape.

"IN THE HEART OF THE EARTH"

An exciting journey into the underground tunnels of the mine Ginevro, where magnetite was mined, an excellent iron ore which was known since ancient times because of its magnetic properties. Hence the name Capo Calamita.
A fascinating tour, where the hard work of the miners, the evolution of extraction technologies, the tools of the miners, the old mining stations and incredible chasms can be seen.
