Villa Romana della Linguella

The remains of the Roman Villa della Linguella in Portoferraio, date back to the first century. b. C. The residence was also home to a large thermal area. The building was renovated in the second and third centuries. b. C. and was integrated after the decline of the Middle Ages in the fortifications of the Medici.
